How do you price a job?
Every job is priced on the labor hours it needs. For windows that means window count, stories, screens and tracks, buildup and access; for pressure washing and solar it is the surface or system size and how hard it is to reach. Estimates are free, and we can come out to see the property on-site.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free, and we offer on-site estimates so we can see the property before we talk scope. You deal with Jose directly.
Do you clean windows on multi-story homes?
Yes. We clean windows on multi-story homes, inside and out, and treat your home like our own while we are there.
Do you offer commercial window cleaning?
Yes. We clean storefronts, restaurant windows, office lobbies and entrances, and schedule the work around your opening hours.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the area we need to work in, most jobs can be done without you being there. We lock any outside gates back up when we leave and keep the property tidy.
Do you clean solar panels?
Yes. We clean residential roofs and commercial arrays panel by panel. It is priced on system size and labor hours, and the estimate is free.
What does pressure washing include?
Driveways, walkways and exterior building surfaces for homes and businesses. Tell us what you want washed and we will scope it and give you a free estimate.
Do you do construction cleanup?
Yes. Construction cleanup is one of our services, for homes and commercial properties. Call and describe the job so we can scope it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. King Window Cleaning is licensed and insured, family-owned and locally owned, and background-checked. We have been in business since 2008.
Do you take emergency calls?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, card and Zelle.
Which cities do you serve?
We are based in Upland, CA, and serve Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Eastvale, Chino, Chino Hills, La Verne, San Dimas and Glendora. Call if your town is not on the list.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Rain, wind and other weather can affect when windows are cleaned. We plan around the forecast and let you know if a job needs to move.
